Umm Al-Qura University
On Wednesday, 22 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H., the students of King Abdullah Secondary School in Al-Qunfudhah visited Al-Qunfudhah College of Health Sciences to learn about the study system in the college and the departments that are available for the students. They were received by the Dean of the College, His Excellency Prof. Omar bin Abdullah Al-Hazzazi, the Vice Dean of the College for Academic Development and Entrepreneurship, His Excellency Dr. Mahdi bin Husain Al-Suqur, the Vice Dean for Hospital Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Naif A-Suhaimi, and His Excellency Prof. Ashraf Uwais, Prof. Ahmad Hijazi, Dr. Sultan Al-Amri, as well as members of the college's academic staff.
The heads of the departments made a brief presentation about each department, a special presentation about the emergency medical services, and the career opportunities after graduation.
The vice deans and heads of the departments responded to all the inquiries of the students. The students, accompanied by Prof. Ashraf Uwais, then toured the departments to learn about the different services of the college. They also visited the laboratories, and checked their equipment and different facilities. The visit was appreciated by the students and the teachers of the school.
The college extends their thanks and appreciation to the headmaster and the teachers of the school for their keenness to educate their students about the university academic life, and for supporting them in planning for their future.
