Dr. Al-Matrifi pointed out that those workshops come within the framework of the college's plan to take part in the National Transformation Program. This is to be carried out through educational initiatives having to do with the eight strategic objectives of the Ministry of Education. Among the core objectives of the college's departments is to prepare teachers, hone their skills, as well as developing the skills of students, and promote their capability of solving problems.

Held over three consecutive days, the workshops witnessed vigorous participation from the College's various departments. They yielded a myriad of important and inspiring initiatives, all seeking to develop the teacher, the learner, and the learning process at large.
