The Department of Laboratory Medicine took part in the sixth scientific gathering for UQU students which was organized on Wednesday and Thursday, 6-7 Jamada I, 1435. The following students participated in the events:
- Oroub Abdullah Al-Hamidi (laboratory medicine)- inventions
- Raghd Malibari, Bashayer Al-Harbi and Ola Takrouni (clinical nutrition)- scientific research
Oroub Al-Hamidi’s contribution was titled “E-Schedule” and was hailed by visitors and the judging panel. She will also take part in the sixth scientific conference.
A large number of students, staff members and judges attended the gathering to know about the students’ innovations and contributions.
The importance of the event can be summarized in the following:
- Preparing students for the scientific conference
- Presenting the students’ contributions and promoting competition among them to win an a ward that supports their projects
- Encouraging students who wish to participate in the coming years.
