The Dean of the College of Computing in Al-Qunfudhah, Dr. Jabir bin Sa`id Al-Zahrani, received the head and members of the external auditing team of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) as part of their visit to inspect all facilities and equipment of the computer science program at the college. 

The team's visit took place under the guidance of the UQU Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Hani bin Uthman Ghazi, in the presence of the Dean of University Development and Quality, Dr. Muhammad Ja`far Thabit; the Vice-Dean of the College, Dr. Abdullah Abdul-Rahman Al-Zahrani; the Vice-Dean of the College for Educational Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Musa Al-Mujamid; and members of the academic staff.
