On Tuesday, 26 Rabi` Al-Awwal 1440 A.H., Al-Qunfudhah University College organized an initiative tilted "You Have a Right over Us", under the auspices of Dr. Nuwair Bajabir, Vice-Dean of the University College, and the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Ridah Al-Omari. A group of the College's female students took care of implementing this initiative, whose launching event was attended by Dr. Nuwair Bajabir, Vice-Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College; Prof. Tahrir Al-Raddady, Vice-Dean of Al-Qunfudhah Educational Affairs; the Deputy Head of the Arabic Language Department and some of the Department's members; the Director of the General Administration; and a group of the administrative cadre. This initiative aimed to pay tribute to the workers in the College and bringing joy to their hearts by recognizing and appreciating the effective role they play in the College environment.

The initiative included a presentation on the rights of elders, and the proper way of dealing with other people. Next, special gifts were presented by the students to this dear category of the College's staff.

Her Excellency Dr. Nuwair Bajabir, Vice-Dean of the University College, then inaugurated the exhibition, which included several exhibitive corners. "You Have a Right over Us" initiative had a profound impact on the workers and successfully contributed in making them feel happy.
