The 'Together for a Beautiful Smile' campaign was activated on Sunday, 17 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H., corresponding to 18 November, 2018 A.C., under the auspices of a group of sixth year female students and in cooperation with the students club at the College of Dentistry. They visited the elementary school (145) and the preparatory school (16) in Makkah Al-Mukarramah to enlighten students about teeth and mouth health. Information was introduced in an entertaining and easy way to the female students.

At the beginning of the campaign, an educative lecture was presented to the female teachers and students about the ways of protecting one's teeth and mouth, how dental caries occur, and how to prevent them. Videos on the healthy way of brushing teeth and how to use dental floss were displayed.

The campaign included educative corners on keeping the mouth clean, the manner of brushing teeth, using dental floss, and identifying the importance of healthy food, Moreover, some enjoyable games and entertaining paints were offered by the female students that aimed at promoting sound behavioral values. Presents were distributed and educative brochures were given to all the female students.

The campaign objectives were achieved through the educative lecture offered to the female students and teachers. The female students: Fdawa Al-Utaibi, Asail Jumu`ah, Rahaf Al-Qathami, Dina Filmban, Majdah Al-Harbi, Ghayda' Al-Najar, Shuruq Al-Jahdali, Lujain Al-Mihmadi and Amjad Al-Utaibi participated in the campaign.
