The College of Health Sciences in Al-Qunfudhah held an activity celebrating the World Diabetes Day in the Second Secondary School in Al-Qunfudhah on Thursday, Rabi` Al-Awwal 14, 1440 A.H. The activity was run with the support and cooperation of the Headmaster Ms. Ibtisam Safar Al-Ghamidi.
The celebrations included an educative lecture on diabetes offered by Ms. Fatimah Husayn Khalaf Al-Udhayqi, followed by an informative exhibition about the disease. Analyses were performed to diagnose diabetes early. There will be other activities, Allah willing, during the coming week.
