The Deanship of Faculty Members and Employee Affairs, represented in Prof. Dr. Farid bin Ali Yahya Al-Ghamdi, participated in the first meeting organized by the University Vice-Presidency for Female Students Affairs. The meeting was held under the auspices of Her Excellency Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khuli and the supervision of Her Excellency Dr. Halah bint Sa`id Al-Amoudi. It was a closed-circuit television meeting from His Excellency's office at Al-Aziziyyah. At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency expressed his appreciation for the trust and honor that the University President bestowed on him by appointing him the Dean of Academic Staff and Employees Affairs. He affirmed that he would work and exert his best, together with his employees, males, and females, to serve the University and the knowledge seekers and achieve effective participation among all the community members, thus enabling us to achieve the aims of the Saudi Vision 2030. 

He made it clear that the Deanship of Academic Staff and Employees Affairs works hard to offer the best services required to fulfill the ambitions of all the University affiliates, males, and females. 

Moreover, His Excellency declared that an interior follow-up unit would be established to guarantee that all tasks will be accomplished promptly.

The meeting was attended by a number of female members of the Academic staff who expressed their appreciation for this initiative undertaken by the University Vice-Presidency for Female Students Affairs and for the participation of the deanship, which is likely to reinforce effective communication.

His Excellency responded to the inquiries of the female members of the Academic Staff with great transparency.
