Work Mechanism at the Clinic
Attending physicians refer patients to the Clinic through directing them to the Reception Department by virtue of an order written by the physician, so that they can book an appointment to visit the Clinic at the times specified.
Services Provided by the Clinic
Providing general education and explaining the correct method for using, storing, and destroying medicines when no longer administered.
Providing education to patients on how to use chronic disease medicines, including the use of biological medical products like insulin injections or pens; asthma inhalers; and hemophilia medicines, as well as how to recognize and handle the side effects of such medicines.
Following up on patients who use diabetes and hemophilia medicines, and conducting laboratory tests to check if doses are accurate and regulate them if necessary.
Training the families of child patients on using medicines, especially asthma inhalers, in addition to how to use the medicines available at home for emergencies like fever; how to administer the doses of such medicines; and how to store them.
Helping patients who would like to quit smoking, especially those with lung and heart disease; raising their awareness on the non-prescription products available at pharmacies and how to use them; following up on patients to make sure they have benefited and quitted smoking.

Colorblind Mode
Adjusts the website for colorblind users
This mode adjusts the website for colorblind users such as Protanopia, Deuteranopia, Tritanopia, and others. It also helps users with Cataracts and Glaucoma.
Dyslexia Friendly Mode
Helps users with Dyslexia
This mode adjusts the website to be easier to read for people with Dyslexia, which is a reading disability characterized by trouble with reading despite normal intelligence.
ADHD Friendly Mode
Reduces distractions and improve focus
This mode helps users with ADHD and Neurodevelopmental disorders to read, browse, and focus on the main website elements more easily while significantly reducing distractions.
Blindness Mode
Allows using the site with your screen-reader
This mode configures the website to be compatible with screen-readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. A screen-reader is software for blind users that is installed on a computer and smartphone, and websites must be compatible with it.
