The Affiliation Program Office in Al-Qunfudhah University College announces to its students that the introductory meetings for the first semester of the academic year 1439-1440 AH start on Sunday, 9/2/1440 AH, and lasts for successive three weeks, until 27/2/1440 AH. They will be during three night periods. The first period starts at (4:00 pm) and ends at (6:00 pm). The second period starts at (6:00 pm) and ends at (8:00 pm), while the last period starts at (8:00 pm) and ends at (10:00 pm) for all courses and students. This is according the schedule of affiliated students in different grades.
The office also wishes to point out that the attendance of the introductory meetings will be in the College of Engineering and Computer Building, according to the classrooms that are on the schedule of the introductory meetings.
The office would also like to note that it is essential to adhere to the following:
1- The time specified for each period throughout the three weeks.
2- The formal attire.
