Students’ electronic withdrawal from course during the first semester is determined to start on Sunday, 20th Muharram 1440H. It will end by the end of the sixth week of the semester, specifically on Thursday, 2nd Safar 1440H.
The Deanship also stated that withdrawal may be fulfilled on the following conditions:
- Withdrawal shall not exceed two courses a semester.
- Post-withdrawal recorded hours shall not be less than half of the current recorded hours.
- The course shall belong to a higher level than the current student’s level.
