Students’ electronic withdrawal from course during the first semester is determined to start on Sunday, 20^th Muharram 1440H. It will end by the end of the sixth week of the semester, specifically on Thursday, 2^nd Safar 1440H.

The Deanship also stated that withdrawal may be fulfilled on the following conditions:

1. Withdrawal shall not exceed two courses a semester.
2. Post-withdrawal recorded hours shall not be less than half of the current recorded hours.
3. The course shall belong to a higher level than the current student’s level.
