The Dean of Al-Qunfudhah College for Health Sciences Prof. Omar bin Abdullah Al-Hazzazi headed the second meeting of the college's council on Tuesday Muharram 1, 1440 H which discussed situations and requests of a number of students on scholarship abroad including; teaching assistants and lecturers. The council has taken the proper recommendations, which will help, male and female students in their studies and training abroad.   

 
Dr. Al-Hazzazi also reviewed some issues related to the department of emergency medical services and the affairs of the contracted and collaborators staff including; faculty members, physicians besides the training related to interns at Al-Qunfudhah Hospitals and the Saudi Red Crescent Authority.   

Further, Prof. Al-Hazzazi ordered activating and launching a number of college departments included in the royal decree No. (5997/ MB) dated Shaaban 10, 1427 H which stipulated establishing of Al-Qunfudhah College of Health Sciences including; departments of emergency medical services,  public health, medical secretariat besides the departments proposed to be established such as; the nursing department. 

Wrapping up its session, the council recommended the faculty members to give more attention to the quality of education and training provided for their students, particularly that they are studying at a health college, which is concerned with the health of citizens, easing their pain and saving their lives.
