The Vice-Deanship of Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research and Development of Al-Qunfudhah University College organized a training course titled "Performance-Based Learning", on Wednesday and Thursday Jumada II 28-29 1437h. The training course that took place at Sea Village Hotel was accredited for 12 training hours.
The Vice-Dean of Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research and Development, Dr. Mohamed Al-Hazmi delivered address in which he welcomed the attendees. The training course was presented by the Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College, Dr. Hashim Al-Samadani, and the lecturer in the department of education in the college, Dr. Atif Saeed.
The course highlighted a number of concepts including; performance-based learning, learning strategies, means of receiving information, beyond knowledge strategies and authentic evaluation.
The course witnessed participation of 56 faculty members from male and female sections
At the conclusion, the distinguished trainees were appreciated and attendance certificates were delivered by the dean of the college.
