«Your Voice is Heard»... A channel aiming to create direct contact and integration between the college's work and the beneficiaries, including students, faculty members and administration staff members.
It works on increasing the effectiveness of electronic communication and raising the quality of the services offered to beneficiaries. It also allows receiving complaints or a remarks about the work of the College and its various services.
Beneficiaries can submit an application when they encounter a problem/query/suggestion on the services provided.
The service aims to deal with the incoming requests and applications through studying them and getting back to the person who submitted them with the results. The person can also follow-up his request or application through this service.
