Paying your tuition fees without delays is a proof that you understand your duties and obligations.
To guarantee that your academic guidance procedures are concluded and your schedule of classes is issued you will have to pay the due amounts as follow:
Within 45 days of being notified about overdue payments
Within one month from the start of the current semester (according to the academic calendar) for the semester fees (first semester 1437- 1438H)
In case overdue amounts are not paid the following procedures will be taken:
E-services at the university’s website will be blocked
The schedule of classes for the current semester will not be issued
You will be considered to have missed the semester and this will be deducted from the time you are allowed to finish your study.
If you are late in paying the due amounts for three consecutive semesters you will be expelled and will not be enrolled back until after making the overdue payments, getting the approval of the College Board and the availability of a slot on the program.
