Al-Qunfudhah College of Health Sciences Organizes an Awareness and Educational Program 

Al-Qunfudhah College of Health Sciences, females section, organized on Thursday Rajab 27,1439 H a scabies awareness and educational program within the awareness and educational campaign for the prevention against scabies titled: (Prevention, Safety and Control of Epidemics)  launched by the UQU President Prof. Abdullah Omar Bafail and organized by the Consulting Research and Studies Institute represented by the Unit of Continuing Medical Education and the Centre for Safety, Risk and Crisis Management (SAFE) in collaboration with the medical colleges and within the community role of the university to raise community awareness with such diseases and ways of prevention against them. 

The program also aimed at boosting concepts of personal hygiene and securing proper health environment based on the effective preventive principles. After that, awareness brochures and sterilization tools were distributed.
