College of Business Administration Harvests Top Ranks at the 7th Scientific Forum

Under the auspices of Dr. Sultan bin Ayidh Al Bogami, Dean of College of Business Administration and supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed bin Abdul Kader Al Qurani, Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs and Dr. Suzan Abdul Kader Wazzan, Vice-Dean for Female Student Section and thanks to the College students' efforts and creativity, the knowledge products of College of Business Administration won the second, third and fifth ranks at the University level. The winning projects included the following:

1. Second Rank in Creativity and Community Service, the "Pilgrims and Umrah people's Harvest" Project Solution. It is an application on mobile phone designed to optimize the yield of time spent on pilgrimage and Umrah trip.

2. Third Rank at the University level: in Creativity and Community Service, the "Tawafti" Project Solution. It is a management application on mobile phone designed to manage Tawafah institutions and office, optimize the Return on Investment (ROI) and enhance the managerial competency of Tawafah institutions. It also facilitates the pilgrims and Umrah people's trip. The application was designed by students from Department of Management of Hajj and Umrah.

3. Fourth Rank: In humanitarian Sciences, the College female students research on "the obstacles faced by emerging female and entrepreneurs in Mecca City and Umm al-Qura University's system for creativity and entrepreneurship and its role in achieving their projects in 1436 AH."
