The Vice-deanship of Student Affairs wrapped up on Wednesday, 8/8/1438H, the student activities for the academic year 1437/1438H which were held under the auspices of Dean of Al-Qunfudah University College Dr. Yassin Al Zubaid. The activities were supervised by Vice-Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Sharifa Al Hazemy. The participants included the College's Vice-dean Dr. Nouair Ba-Jaber, Vice-dean of Medicine College Dr. Nawal Al Hazemy, Vice-dean for Educational Affairs Majda Farhan, academics and students from various departments.  
A rhetoric ceremony was held and started by reciting few verses of the Holy Quran. Dr. Ba-Jaber addressed the attendees and congratulated students on creativity and uniqueness. Later, Dr. Al Hazemy delivered a speech asserting the importance of student activities in developing student abilities and creativity. She wished them all more success and progress.
Also, works made by students at the eighth scientific forum were presented during the event. The Role Model Students, including the University College's Amal Al Isa, were honored. The winners of the 8th Scientific Forum have also been honored by memorial shields. On the same occasion, the academics who participated in the activities throughout the year were honored. The national songs and operetta were chanted during the ceremony.
