His Excellency the Dean of the College, Dr. Huseein bin Dhaifullah Al-Malki, the vice deans, heads of the departments, academic staff members, and the administrative staff extend congratulations on the occasion of the UQU President’s decision to appoint His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Jamil Filfilan as Head of the Department of Art Education.

His Excellency the Dean of the College wishes Dr. Muhammad Filfilan success and progress. Moreover, His Excellency the Dean thanked His Excellency Dr. Rafaat Madani for the efforts he exerted during his tenure as the Head of the Department of Art Education.
