Under the auspices of dean of the UQU College of Education, and in presence of the Vice Dean, Dr. Suhail S. al-Harbi, a training course was held under the theme: "Strategic School Planning: Theory vs. Practice". The training course was held withing the framework of the partnership underway between Makkah Department of Education and the UQU Education College's Training Courses Center.

Given by Prof. Muhammad M. Zeinuddin, the course was oriented to educational leaders. Attendees of the course, totaling 23, were all nominated by Makkah Department of Education.

Over two days, Wednesday and Thursday, Rajab 22-23, 1438H, three hours each, the course covered all topics on the agenda. At the end of the course, a certificate of thanks was presented to the trainer, and attendance certificates were handed out to trainees.
