دليل استخدام نماذج الدراسات العليا للمحكمين

عزيزي محكم برنامج دراسات عليا:

بناءً على التواصل السابق مع سعادتكم وموافقتكم على المشاركة في تحكيم برنامج دراسات العليا، نرفق لكم الروابط التالية:

• دليل الاستخدام:

• نموذج تحكیم برنامج دراسات علیا (R1)، وهذا النموذج يتكون من ستة أجزاء، حيث يتضمن الجزء الأول تعليمات تعبئة النموذج وآلية حساباته، بينما الجزء الثاني يتضمن بيانات البرنامج الأساسية، أما الأجزاء الأربعة التالية فتتضمن تقييم جوانب البرنامج المختلفة. ويجب على المحكم تقييم كل واحد من البنود بدرجة من مائة، ويمكن كتابة الدرجة أو اختيارها مباشرة من القائمة المنسدلة. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أنه تم إعطاء بنود التقييم أوزانًا نسبية مختلفة عن بعضها البعض بحيث يكون تأثير كل منها على التقييم الإجمالي بدرجات متفاوتة وفقاً لأهمية تلك البنود. كما تجدر الإشارة إلى أن التقييم الإجمالي والقرار النهائي يتم احتسابها آلياً وفقاً لتقييم سعادتكم لتلك البنود.
• تقرير تحكيم برنامج دراسات عليا (R2). وهذا النموذج تتم تعبئته كتابة.

وتلتزم جامعة أم القرى بسداد مكافأة تحكيم للبرنامج الواحد، وفقاً لما يلي:

• سداد مبلغ 3000 ريال سعودي لكل محكم من داخل المملكة العربية السعودية بموجب حوالة بنكية محلية.
• سداد مبلغ 800 دولار أمريكي لكل محكم من خارج المملكة بموجب حوالة بنكية دولية.

يتم سداد المبلغ عند الانتهاء من التحكيم نهائياً، وبعد التأكد من إكمال الملاحظات الخاصة بالبرنامج بين المحكم والقسم المعني بالبرنامج، علماً بأن الفترة الزمنية لكل مرحلة من مراحل التقييم محدد لها أسبوعان ينتهي بعدها تفعيل رابط التحميل، ولا يحق للمحكم المطالبة بحقوقه حتى يتم الانتهاء من مراحل التحكيم بالطريقة العلمية المتبعة.

Dear Postgraduate Studies Reviewer

Based on the previous communication with you and your approval to participate in reviewing postgraduate studies programs, we attach the following links to you:

• User Guide.
• Evaluation Form of Postgraduate Program (R1) This form is made-up of six parts. The first part contains form filling and calculation instructions while the second part contains the basic program data. The following four parts contains evaluation of the different aspects of the program. The reviewer must put score for each of these items out of 100. The score or degree can be written or selected directly form the drop-down list. The evaluation items are given different comparative weights to have a different overall evaluation according to the importance of these items. The overall evaluation and final decision will be calculated automatically according to your evaluation of these items.
• Postgraduate Program Evaluation Report (R2)this form must be filled in writing.

Umm Al-Qura University is committed to pay a peer-reviewing reward for each program as follows:

• Payment of SR 3000 for each reviewer inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under a local bank transfer.
• Payment of U$ 800 for each reviewer from outside the Kingdom under an international bank transfer.

The payment shall be made after the conclusion of the per-reviewing and after making sure that the notes related to program between the reviewer and the relevant department are finalized. It should be noted that the duration of each evaluation phase is 2 weeks after which the uploading link will be inactive. The reviewer is not entitled to claim his rights unless the peer-reviewing phases are completed according to the adopted scientific methods in this regard.
