  1. Actual implementation of the special program of the center and its branches, through the university intranet, to facilitate the electronic issuance of the checkups and medical prescriptions for all clinics, and the disbursement of the medication from the main pharmacy, with the aim of saving time and serving the largest possible number of outpatients.
  2. Front office staff is responsible for regulating the entry of outpatients to clinics, through continuous coordination with the doctors according to the patient’s best interest. Therefore, we urge the outpatients to follow the instructions of the center, and to get back to the front office if they have any inquiries.
  3. If necessary, after the patient undergoes his examination at a clinic, he may register in another clinic if there’s available place for other outpatients.
  4. We urge our outpatients not to contact the doctors via phones unless necessarily, and in coordination with the front office staff, so as not to interrupt the doctor and disturb his patients.
  5. Children’s immunizations are scheduled with the pediatrician, and the university staff’s immunizations in the season of Hajj are seasonal. 
  6. It is not allowed to disburse medications or analyses prescribed on external papers, except after the approval of the specialist doctors in the center.
  7. The disbursement of medications has been controlled and regulated, in order to maintain the public stock.
  8. The provision of sick leaves, and referral of outpatients to public hospitals, have been controlled and regulated.



Medication Disbursement Instructions:

  1. Medication cannot be disbursed except after an electronic referral by the front office, and the examination and prescription of medication by the physician.
  2. It is strictly forbidden to disburse any monthly medication retrospectively. (For previous months)
  3. It is strictly forbidden to disburse any monthly medication for more than one month.
  4. The patient must check the quantity and the quality of medication disbursed to him by the pharmacist. (By comparing it to what was explained to him by his doctor)
  5. It is strictly forbidden to enter inside the pharmacy.
  6. It is strictly forbidden to argue with the pharmacist.
  7. The pharmacist shall apply the instructions above.
