Duties:

1. Prepare a timetable for all the department's activities.
2. Encourage the academic staff to write the university's news for publishing, and to author journals and articles in the various media.
3. Organize the college's occasions, such as meeting and ceremonies.
4. Prepare a comprehensive quarterly report about the work of the unit, including the achievements and difficulties that prevented the obtainment of the desired goals, along with proposals to overcome them, as well as improving and developing the work.
