Duties of the Committee:

1 - Preparing the Bachelor's Program schedules.

2 - Preparing the teaching tasks schedule for the academic staff, lecturers and teaching assistants, as well as the office hours.

3 - Supervising the distribution of the Department courses among the academic staff, lecturers and teaching assistants.

4 - Supervising the final exams in the Department for the practical and theoretical courses.

5 - Distributing remarks on the final exams among the Department's academic staff, lecturers and teaching assistants.

6 - Making arrangements with His Excellency the Head of the Department before the start of every semester with regard to reserving the swimming pool and the sports fields.

7 - Making arrangements with His Excellency the Head of the Department before the start of every semester concerning the academic staff, lecturers and teaching assistants from outside the Department who will teach courses in the Department.

8 - Identifying the most important obstacles that face the academic staff, lecturers and teaching assistants, and informing the Head of the Department about such obstacles.
