Please read the following instructions carefully before filling out the registration form

1. Please fill in all the required paragraphs.
2. Please register only one time; at the end of the registration, you will receive a statement that all your desires have been registered, which will be considered according to the school potentials and the capabilities of the department in providing supervision. This indicates that you have successfully completed the registration process.
3. If a person registers more than once, his registration will be deleted and he will be allocated as needed.
4. It is preferable to select intermediate and secondary schools, rather than primary schools.
