Duties of the Quality Standards Committees:

  1. Providing the necessary data and information related to quality and academic accreditation.
  2. Collecting, collating, coding and maintaining paper and electronic evidence.
  3. Documenting the efforts and results of quality-related applications.
  4. Participating in preparing the data required for the annual report.
  5. Participating in preparing the data required to prepare the self-study.
  6. Following up the implementation of improvement plans, and documenting their operations.
  7. Following up on the course files, and ensuring that all requirements are met.
  8. Following up on the academic files of the academic staff members.
  9. Preparing self-evaluation measures related to standards.
