If they do not go for that, they are obliged to be discussed in either study in each semester.
The In-house Jury is not allowed to be a member in more than two theses in a single semester unless there are reasons.
Discussion committees are not repeatedly held in a single semester.
The academic staff member may apologize for discussing a thesis in each semester, and they are obliged to accept the discussion in the second time. unless their turn called, the second thesis would not be referred to them
Second: External Jury:
1The external jury is chosen from those holding the title of professor or associate professor by the department’s council, and the supervisor is not allowed to name or recommend.
The specialty of the jury should be taken into account in a manner that goes with the content of the message.
The name of the external jury should be recorded at the department’s database.
The academic staff members of the equivalent departments taking part in the quality and academic accreditation work are favored.
