1. Copy of the assignment decision, issued by the University Council, to work as an assistant professor  

2. Copy of the upgrading and assignment decision to work as an associate professor, issued by the University Council (if the requested promotion is to "professor" degree)

3. Copy of the occupational record, signed by the Personnel Affairs Department

4. Copy of the previous Scientific Board's decision (if the upgrading request is submitted for the second time for the same degree)  

5. Copy of the assignment decision to each position

6. Copy of the awarding decision for each award 

7. Copy of the signed Department and College's minutes

8. Five original copies of the printed or published researches + origin of the mentioned journal (1/4) 

9. Five copies of the researches approved for publishing, along with evidence that they are approved 

10. Signed statement from the participants, identifying the share of each participant (in case of joint researches) 

11. Study burden statement for the 8 semesters preceding the date of the upgrading request, signed by the Admission Deanship 

12. Copy of the MA certificate 

13. Origin of the MA certificate + 5 copies of its introduction, contents, and references 

14. Copy of the PhD certificate 

15. Origin of the PhD certificate + 5 copies of its introduction, contents, and references
