Additionally, it establishes and enforces safety policies and procedures in laboratories to protect individuals and equipment. The unit provides technical support to researchers and students in using equipment, tools, and planning experiments. It maintains accurate records of laboratory equipment, activities, and maintenance, prepares periodic reports on equipment status and maintenance, and organizes paid training courses on laboratory equipment.

This unit is responsible for organizing events and developing channels and methods to facilitate communication among college members. It develops initiatives and projects that contribute to the community and foster positive relationships with external entities. The unit manages social media platforms and develops strategic partnerships with institutions to enhance mutual interests.
