Students Affairs and Academic Advising Committee

Tasks:
1- To oversee academic advising process including; deletion/addition and changing majors.
2- To study excuses of the students for the alternative exams and submit recommendations to the department council.
3- To organize scientific workshops for students.
4- To study automatic transfer condition from different departments of the university and submit recommendation to the department council and to define transferred students according to the regulations set by the committee. 
5- To follow up status of the absentee students.
6- To submit proper solutions for re-instating students and submit them to the department council. 
7- To settles cases of the failure students and set proposals to improve their academic level.
8- To oversee participations of the department students in the various activities and competitions.

The Committee was formed according to the department recommendation no. 6 dated Rabei Al-Awwal 20, 1438 H and was approved by the dean of the college according to his letter no. 124/M/G Dated Rabei Al-Awwal 28, 1438 H.
