The Tasks of the Secretariat

The secretariat carries out several important tasks within the work environment, including:

1- Following up administrative communication, which includes receiving incoming mail and sending outgoing mail when ready at the time specified.  

2- Receiving people, which includes organizing appointments and dealing with persons in accordance with a systematic schedule.

3- Using office devices. This includes applying all administrative operations and functions using electronic devices accurately and correctly.

4- Preparing all reports and models about the employees and clients within the work facility.

5- Coordinating all kinds of events, including preparing meetings, discussions, etc..

6- Providing all the required information within a convenient time.

7- Securing communication between the head of the department, faculty members, and the outer environment, and vice versa.
