Abstract

This study aims to reveal the features of the renewal of the contemporary rhetorical Arabic lesson in the chapter of telling by Mohamed Mohamed Abu Musa in his rhetorical approach. The innovation is based on the emphasis of the speaker, contrary to the rhetorical scholars who make the listeners focus on their attention. The study used descriptive and analytical methods to describe and analyze scientific material using Abu Musa's rhetorical approach. The importance of the study is to highlight the requirements of the emphasis on Arabic rhetoric and to respond to those who say that Arabic rhetoric is just dealing with listeners. The study concludes that Abu Musa found that Arabic rhetoric deals with speakers, listeners, and meaning.
