Non-nomination for courses is not the responsibility of the department, as the department relinquishes its responsibility once application for nomination is registered and approved by the administration. You can check the application by accessing the trainees portal on the Institute of Public Administration's website (My Application for Nominations), where you will find the current status of the application (Candidate) and the status after the end of the nomination period (Approved Candidate). At this point, the responsibility of the Development Department ends. Then the employee waits for he nomination results from the Department of Admission and Registration at the Institute of Public Administration. The Institute of Management either accepts, rejects, or places you on the reserve list for the courses.
1 - Scholarship: A- The applicant must have been admitted to one of the universities, institutes or centers approved by the competent governmental body. B- The governmental body in which the employee works should have a need for his specialization, which should be in line with its development and training plans. C- The employee's job performance evaluation for the last year should not be less than (very good). D- The employee should have spent at least one year in service. Physicians are exempted from this condition. The decision on the scholarship is issued by the competent minister. The decision should define the scholarship period. 2 - Study Allowances: A- The qualification should be compatible with the needs of the department. B- The employee nominated for the allowance should have been accepted as a student at the educational body. C- The delegate should have obtained a grade that is not less than (very good or its equivalent) in the qualification he was awarded in his specialization. D- The delegate should obtain the qualification that he was delegated to within the defined period.
