Please start by accurately reviewing the flow chart of procedures for completing the requirements for the admission tests and learning their arrangement, to complete them easily in a manner that saves time and effort. Moreover, please adhere to the deadline for uploading the required documents and files on the website.
Complete physicians' signatures on all the items of the medical examination, and the form should bear a stamp approved by the medical authority.
Avoid making any pauses on the video, cutting or modifying the display properties, or inserting any visual effects on the attached file so as not to be excluded.

Start Shooting:
Personal Introduction: Show your ID clearly in front of the camera for five seconds, then state your name clearly and talk about your sporting hobby.
Physical strength examination: Stand in front of the camera while wearing shorts covering the knee, without wearing any shirt or shoes. This should be in a such way that the entire body faces the camera, then the side and back of the body, each one for a period of five seconds.
Physical Fitness Performance Examinations: The tests must be performed in sequence, according to the instructions and conditions specified for each test.
Push-UpsStarting position: Leaning on flat, solid ground, with the body straight. Performing the test: Bend and then extend the arms fully to return to the prone position. Repeat this movement to perform the largest number of push-ups without stopping, until you are fatigued.
Counting the mark: It is the number of times the student completes a cycle of bending and then extending the arms in the correct way. Half attempts are not counted.

Standing Broad JumpStarting position: A measuring tape is placed at the starting line, extended to the length of three meters. Stand behind the starting line with an adequate distance between your feet so that the two feet are behind but touching the starting line. Performing the test: With the feet together, jump forward as far as possible by extending the knees and pushing with the feet while swinging the arms forward.
Counting the mark: The jump distance is calculated from the starting line to the last part of the body that touches the ground after this line.

Sit-Ups with Knees BentStarting position: From a lying position, bending the knees with the hands intertwined behind the neck. Someone should help the student keep their feet flat on the floor. Performing the test: The student bends the torso forward, moving down to touch the knees with the forehead the most number of times possible in one minute.
Counting the mark: It is the number of correct performances recorded in a time of one minute.

Burpee Test (Squat Thrust)Starting position: The student stands on flat, solid ground, with the body straight. Performing the test: The student starts from the standing position, bending the knees to go down and placing the palms on the ground with the knees between the arms, next tossing the legs together behind him to take a completely inclined prone position with the arms bent, and then throwing the legs in front to reach the position of bending the knees, and finally standing and jumping high to a moderate position with your chest facing forward. This should be performed for the maximum number of times possible, without pausing, for one minute.
Counting the mark: It is the number of correct performances recorded in a time of one minute.
