Among the College of Applied Sciences four departments, Chemistry Department is the most prominent in scientific publication.

Faculty members amount to 61 professors, assistant professors and associate professors covering male and female student branches. They teach the various chemistry branches, namely, physical chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and analytical chemistry. They have contributed to the development of these subjects to ensure coping up with the latest advancements.

Also, they work on various rich research aspects and have contributed to several scientific research topics, covering chemistry, industry, and environment.
