Thanks to Allah's grace, the first meeting of the Curriculum and Study Plans Committee was held at the College of Business Administration on Thursday, 21 Safar, 1442 A.H., corresponding to 8 October, 2020 A.C., at 12:00 p.m. The meeting was held remotely via the WebEx electronic system, headed by the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Ayman bin Samir Adham, in the presence of their excellencies the members of the committee. The meeting aimed to discuss the committee's plan for this year and ways to evaluate and develop academic courses in the different departments of the college.
The discussions and deliberations of the members of the committee resulted in many recommendations and preliminary proposals, which will contribute, Allah willing, to enriching academic courses and linking them to the needs of the labor market and the beneficiaries.
His Excellency the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs explained in the discussion that this meeting is considered a starting point for upcoming meetings, Allah willing. The forthcoming meetings will cover important issues related to developing study plans and curricula, and means of cooperation between members of the Curriculum and Study Plans Committee on the one hand, and the various vice deans and departments of the college on the other hand, in order to achieve the targeted goals.
