In line with the noble royal directives and the precautionary measures approved by the relevant authorities to ensure everyone's safety, which include suspending workplace attendance in all government agencies for 16 days, and out of the Academic Council's keenness to continue providing services for the university affiliates through the technical channels without delay, the council hereby announces the mechanism of submitting scientific research projects and theses related to the transactions of promotions, appointments, and other matters. Please note that the following directives should be adhered to:
- The message should be sent via the official email of the university member or the head of the department.
- The message should be sent after registering the transaction in the Administrative Communication Program (MASAR).
- The title of the message should include: Transaction topic + First name and surname of the applicant.
- The message content should include: Transaction topic + Full name of the applicant + Department + College + Current scientific rank + Employee no. + ID no. + Transaction no. in the Administrative Communication System (Masar).
- Please attach the scientific research or thesis in PDF format, and each thesis or scientific research should have a separate file.
- Please take into account the file size and storage capacity to ensure that they can be received. Attachments can be divided into many sections. (Part 1, part 2, etc.).
