The UQU College of Business Administration, under the leadership of the Dean of the College of Business Administration, Prof. Ihsan Al-Muataz, held the ceremony of the annual meeting for the college affiliates, including the academic staff as well as the administrative staff. This took place on Wednesday evening, 18 Jumada Al-Thani, 1441 A.H., corresponding to 12 February, 2020 A.C., under the supervision of the vice deans and the heads of the departments. The college was honored with the presence at the ceremony of His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, the former President of the Islamic University, Prof. Muhammad Al-Uqala, and His Excellency the Supervisor of the University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, Dr. Ahmad bin Omar Babalghith. The event was attended by the former Deans of the College, Prof. Muhammad Al-Umairi and Prof. Sultan Al-Buqami, in addition to the academic staff members, lecturers, teaching assistants, and college employees.

The ceremony was pleasant and included the honoring of the colleagues who obtained academic promotion and those who provided administrative services for the college during the recent period. Moreover, among those who were honored was Dr. Khalid Al-Husaini, Professor of Accounting and Finance at the University of Portsmouth in UK and a guest of the college who is presently providing a series of seminars and workshops on scientific research methodologies.
