A meeting on crowd management was held between the College of Business Administration, represented by its dean (Dr. Sultan al-Buqami), staff members and department heads, and Makkah Crowd Management Security Forces, represented by Colonel Dr. Muhammad Al-Zahrani.  After prolonged debate, the meeting resulted in developmental ideas for crowd management of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims in Makkah. On the other hand, Hajj and Umrah Business Administration students concluded the event with a presentation of “Here” Application project idea for the help of pilgrims who got lost. In other words, pilgrims would wear electronic bracelets via which they would be able to identify their location since arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and until their return to their homelands. Thus, pilgrims would be safe, secure and fully aware of details via GIS and satellites during their residence in the Holy Lands.

The teamwork represented by “Khalid Asiri, Sultan ba-Sunbul, Ayman Al-Hazimi, and Hussein Boqas” and supervised by Dr. Hani Abdulhameed celebrated the success of their project idea with a group of BA staff members.
