Thankfully, with Allah's Grace, the Integrated Educational System (Qemam) has been launched. It consists of the following three internal systems:
It covers the special electronic applications that handle the follow-up of classrooms, workshops, laboratories, and educational studios.
It provides a number of statistical and detailed reports on the Oracle Database system, such as the educational follow-up report on study loads. This is in addition to reports on the academic positions needed in the college, such as academic staff members or their equivalents, and also technicians.
It allows a step-by-step setting and creation of developed and updated study plans, starting from the establishment of the program itself, then building the teamwork and managing its assigned powers, and finally completing the program data. After that, the plan can be built by creating new educational courses, or selecting content from existing courses and adjusting their data according to the models adopted by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment. This should be carried out before commencing the series of procedures and approvals needed, which involve the Curricula Committee of the Department, the Department Council, the Curricula Committee at the College, the College Council, the Curricula and Study Plans Unit, refereeing procedures and relevant responses, and the approval of the Supreme Permanent Committee for Curricula and Study Plans. This is followed by obtaining the approval of the University Council, and the registration of the study plan in the academic repository pertaining to the Deanship of Admission and Registration for future use. All this is accomplished by means of an integrated and interdependent electronic system.
The Integrated Educational System (Qemam) can be accessed through the e-services available on the main page of the university website, or through the page of the Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs.
We ask Allah to make this electronic system beneficial for everyone.
