- Overall Assessment of Employee Performance Form for Supervisory Roles.
- Request for Disbursing the Computer Allowance to the Saudi Academic Staff.
- Request for Disbursing the Scarcity Allowance to the Saudi Academic Staff
- Request for Disbursing an Allowance for the Employees Who Have Been Exposed to Harm, Infection, or Danger.
- Request for Changing Mobile Number.
