Under the supervision of the Deputy Head of the Department of Business Administration, Ms. Ruba Al-Shareef, the Basics of Design course presented by students Amnah Mandili and Nora Al-Zebiani from the Department of Business Administration was held in the Celebrations Hall in Rea Dhakhir on Wednesday 5 Rajab 1440 A.H. from 10:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m.
Amnah Mandili introduced the course, explaining that it revolves around two main axes; the first is composed of five main points that must be understood before starting as a designer, while the second is composed of the five elements that exist in each design.
The practical part of the course was introduced by Nora Al-Zebiani, who explained the mechanism of the Photoshop program, and how to link the business administration with design in a creative manner, for example, when creating a logo and a business card.
This course gathered students of different specializations under one roof, and concluded with the presentation of certificates to the attendees. The attendees had a half-hour discussion with the presenters of the course, which increased the enthusiasm of the attendees, who each started designing their business card.
