The Department of Physics at Al-Qunfudhah University College organized a seminar entitled, "Physical Applications and Concepts", on Wednesday, 29 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H., at 11 a.m., at the theater of Al-Qunfudhah University College. The seminar was administered by the Head of the Physics Department, Dr. Ali bin Hamid Al-Amri, and presented by Prof. Sayed Khalil and Prof. Abdul-Tawwab Abdul-Qadir.

His Excellency Prof. Abdul-Tawwab tackled a topic entitled: "Improving the Surface Properties of Polymeric Material by Ion Beam Bombardment for High Technology Applications".
