The Department of Physics at the College of Applied Sciences hosted Dr. Sameh Ibrahim Ahmed, co-professor of Synthetic Crystallography, Department of Physics in Taif University, in a workshop on “X-ray Diffraction-XRD." Dr. Saleh Al-Luqmani, Head of the Department of Physics, welcomed him.
Dr. Mohammed Bustimi, coordinator of the Scientific Research Committee, and Dr. Jalal Al-Warfali and Dr. Abdulrahman Lashin, supervisors of the research laboratory, participated in the workshop, where Dr. Sameh presented a practical diagnosis on the examination of samples through the device and its analysis to make the most of it for future scientific research for students and faculty members in the Department of Physics.
