Dr. Abdullah bin Omar BaFail, the President of Umm Al-Qura University, has issued a decision appointing Dr. Ali bin Masoud bin Ahmed Al-Eisa as the Vice Dean of Al-Qunfudha University College for Community Service for a two-year tenure, as of  Dul Qidah 02, 1439H.
