The College of Shari’ah and Islamic Studies (the girls section) organized a workshop entitled “Guidelines on Promotion and Contracting”, under the slogan “Our Scientific Research is our Step to Distinction”. It was moderated by the Dr. Amira bint Ali Madah, a faculty member at the History Department.

The workshop is designed to introduce the rules and procedures of promotion and contracting for the college’s faculty member, and their requirements. Through her presentation, Dr. Madah explained to the female members how to submit a demand for promotion and contracting, and to how to get the relevant applications.

The workshop was attended by a group of the faculty members of the college; whereas they reacted with Dr. Amira Madah, who favorably replied to their inquiries.

At the end of the workshop, Dr. Ibtisam Balqasem Al-Qurani, the vice-dean of Educational Affairs and Development, thanked Dr. Amira for her efforts and effective cooperation with the college to moderate the workshop.
