The Islamic Architecture Department PhD Scholar, Badr bin Mohammed Atiqullah Al-Salmi, ranked second in the competition held by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) among postgraduate students in 2016, for presenting the PhD thesis in three minutes. He also ranked first in the same competition in the Faculty in which he studies. In this occasion, the Head of Islamic Architecture Department and staff members and employees of the Department congratulate him on this achievement. They dedicate this unique achievement to the University of Umm Al-Qura, represented by the University President in appreciation for his efforts in supporting and sponsoring the University employees and students.
