Under the patronage of Her Excellency the Vice Dean of the College of Business Administration (female section), Dr. Hawazin Al-Zubaidi, the Student Activities Unit celebrated the activities of the 91st National Day, as of Sunday, 19 Safar 1443 A.H., corresponding to 26 September, 2021 A.C.

The ceremony included the participation of the deputy heads and students of various departments, through organizing national corners, which included the distributions and congratulatory words for our beloved homeland, in addition to visual presentations adorned with chants and words of congratulations.

The celebration of the Marketing Department of the 91st National Day embodied the activation of the Green Kingdom initiative for sustainable environmental development, which is one of the initiatives of the Saudi vision 2030, where 91 seedlings and roses were distributed to female students, employees, and academic staff members at the Rea Zhakhir Campus, to contribute to beautify the knowledge environment, and improve the quality of university life.

The participation of the Accounting Department included the distribution of barcode cards linked to the accounts of a number of accountants who have obtained a fellowship of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants, many interactive brochures, and prizes. Moreover, the poet of the department Ghada Fawaz Al-Hudhali participated with a poem she composed about the National Day.

The participation of the Department of Business Administration also included a poem recited by the student Fatimah Salim Al-Zahrani about our beloved kingdom.

The celebration of the first day ended with a visit to a mural presented by the Department of Tourism and Hospitality, bearing beautiful patriotic expressions that reinforced the national spirit, as expressed by the academic staff members, students, and employees of the College of Business Administration.

On the second day of the celebration, the Student Council of the College of Business Administration presented the "This Is Our Homeland" event by an exclusive screening of a short film entitled "Confrontation", produced by the students of the Student Council. The movie highlights the Kingdom’s lauded efforts to curbing the spread of the Covid-19 (click here). The event was held at the Celebration Hall in Rea Dhakhir Campus, and discount coupons were distributed to the event's attendees, in cooperation with Lastoria Café.
