Dear girls, kindly be informed of the following instructions to avoid troubles and difficulties during the final exams which are about to begin:

1. Students shall be present at the exams halls 15 minutes prior to the exam scheduled time to identify examination hall and sitting row.
2. Tardy students will, of course, feel worried and disturb other mates, thus, kindly avoid tardiness to have adequate time to answer as no extension will be available.
3. Tardy students will not be allowed to sit in if attending after the first half of an exam period.
4. Students' university cards shall be presented each exam and if forgotten for the first time, the student will be asked to execute acknowledgment.
5. Students shall be silent with concentration on exams papers. Any attempt to cheat in will be recorded.
6. Students shall ensure filling required data on both exams and answer papers.
7. Students shall ensure committing with whatsoever special instructions given by teachers of subjects.
8. Kindly read questions and choose options before ticking appropriate answers.
9. Teachers of subjects will not be present at exams halls before the first half of exams periods, thus, you should read all questions and postpone whatsoever inquiries till the second half of exams periods.
10. No individual papers will be reviewed by teachers of subjects and a student having an inquiry shall raise their hand and avoid answer related hints.

Cheat:

1. Cheat or attempt to cheat will be a punishable breach and the students' disciplinary standing committee will be responsible for deciding on such breach.
2. Students found cheating in any exam will be disqualified from this exam.
3. The cheat report will be reported, with a letter by the relevant college, to the students affairs deanship within no more than two weeks from date of occurrence. The cheating tool will be enclosed or imaged, if possible.
4. Students found cheating in any exam shall be given the grade (Q)
5. The grade will be automatically changed from (Q) to (H) if no decision taken by the disciplinary committee within a term from the breach occurrence.
