Within the ongoing pursuits of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality, headed by Dr. Ali al-Qassem, to keep in contact with the labor market, the department head scheduled an appointment with the head of the Media Center of King Abdulaziz New Airport Project. A delegation made up of faculty members of the department, including Dr. Hani Abdulhameed and Dr. Muhammad al-Deif, as well as a constellation of the department's students, paid a visit to the project on Thursday, Jumada II 24, 1438H, corresponding to March 23, 2017.

The delegation was received by Mr. Hesham al-Hariri, head of the Media Center of the New Airport Project. He displayed a presentation on the project, its potential capacity, and the services to be provided to the Kingdom's guests, as well as pilgrims. He touched, also, on the job opportunities to be created when the airport will be set to work. It followed that he accompanied the delegation through the premises and utilities of the under-construction airport.
